In the book of Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were three young men who had to decide between following the God of Israel or be like the rest of the nation and bow down to an image of King Nebuchadnezzar. They refused so they were thrown into a fiery furnace. The natural law would have burnt the three men but God suspended the natural law and the fire did not touch them. In this day, do we dare not bow like the rest of the nation? Choosing to follow God could get you thrown into a furnace where they will try to destroy your reputation and everything about you. We aren’t going to be able to stop the furnace, but we are going to be able to walk around in the fire unscathed. This will bother the gods of this age because they can't do anything about it, just like the king of Babylon was powerless. Then there is only one choice, accept the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego. In this podcast, Eddie sets us the challenge, that no matter how bad things might get, you are called to holiness and are to remain in tact. You will be able to walk around in the furnace of this world untouched. God has always manifested as fire. Fire does two things, it destroys and it cleanses. Don’t be afraid to step where God is calling you because the miracle is only one step away.
